Apron ia lah kawasan pesawat datang pakir di lapangan terbang. SATs bertugas memberi perkhidmatan kepada pelanggan menaikkan dan menurunkan barang dari pesawat. Kerja ini memerlukan mesin dan laoder, sebab itu ia memerlukan operators dan technicians.

2. Cargo services.
Kargo pada kebiasaan dikendalikan oleh anak syarikat. Kargo biasa nya dibahagi kepada dua bidang, pertama kargo services (bertugas berkaitan dengan barangan kargo dan keduanya ialah bahagian jualan.

JENIS PEKERJAAN

a. Customer Service Agents

You represent the airlines to manage or handle customers for the Sats' client airline. There are two basic groups of passengers, the departing passengers and arriving passengers. The transit passengers are the combination of the two processes. For departing passengers, the roles can be handling the check-in or managing the boarding. For arriving passengers, the customer service agents would usher the passengers from the air-gates to the arrival hall.

Requirements: 3 SPM with English and good personality.

b. Ramp equipment Operators.

This is part of the ramp services provided to the airlines. For the purpose of public awareness, ramp is the place where the aircraft are parked. There are multiple roles required for ramp services, however the roles of ramp equipment operators are to tow the bags and cargo to or from the aircraft to the terminals.

Requirements:

- Driving License D category.

- At least 21 years old

- Able to read and write in English.

C. Technician (Equipment Maintenance)

Carry out the field maintenance and preventive maintenance for GSE, ground suport equipment.

Requirements: D class driving license and experience in maintenance of motor vehicles.

SATS started as a department of Malayan Airways. It changed its name to Malaysian Airways in 19

1972, it became an entity by itself with the name SATS, or Singapore Airports Terminals Services.

It has grown into an international organisation with its base in Singapore.
